I just want to start by saying thank you.

The support over the past few days since launching The Haley Project on Facebook and Instagram has meant more than I can say. Whether you followed or liked the page, sent a message, commented, or just used a minute of your time to read, thank you for holding space for The Haley Project and our cause. It’s been an emotional and grounding process to see everyone respond with so much love and support.

As we begin the process, officially, I want to extend two warm invitations to help us gather a sense of interest in the community:

Are you interested in attending a peer-led support group for suicide loss survivors?

We’re gathering interest here for a peer-led support group for those impacted by suicide loss. This would be a space to share, listen, learn, and heal together– but know that it does not include therapy services, just peer support. Note: this is for individuals living in rural Nebraska areas. Are you wanting to help out with The Haley Project? Whether you’re interested in helping with events, media, fundraising, behind the scenes logistics, or even just sharing with us your resources, we’d love to have you be part of this growing project. Again, thank you to everyone for the amazing widespread support that we have received in just a few days. Whether you’re grieving, you’ve experienced mental health struggles yourself, or you just feel drawn to supporting our cause, I’m so grateful you’re here. The Haley Project is just beginning, but it has already received so much love. It means the world to me to carry on Haley’s legacy in this manner.
